Description

This mains-powered COB LED rope light provides a continuous line of 3000K warm white illumination, making it ideal for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications. Designed with COB LEDs under a phosphorus coating, it delivers a smooth, uniform glow without visible hotspots. With an output of 800 lumens per metre and a high CRI of 90, it ensures excellent colour accuracy and brightness for both functional and decorative lighting.

Rated IP66, it is suitable for exterior installations where protection against dust and water splashes is required. Operating on 220-240V, it is supplied in a 50-metre roll with a pre-installed 1-metre input lead featuring a 2-pin Euro plug and an adapter for UK mains. The integrated 3M adhesive backing allows for secure and straightforward installation. The rope light is TRIAC dimmable, offering compatibility with standard dimmer systems for flexible brightness control.

A beam angle of 140° provides generous coverage, making it an excellent choice for accent, cove, and architectural lighting. Constructed from durable silicone and backed by a 3-year warranty, this LED rope light is a reliable and efficient solution for residential, retail, and commercial projects. For safety, it is recommended to use on a circuit with a 30mA RCD (or preferably an RCBO).

Customisable – The tape can be cut in 10cm increments.

When cut to a shorter length, the cut end must be sealed with silicone glue and an end cap (Part No. CY7872E) to maintain water resistance.

If reusing an offcut, an additional input lead (Part No. CY7872P) will be required.

Important: To ensure water resistance and electrical safety, all accessories must be secured with silicone glue.
