Light Efficient Design’s LED-8929E57-HAZ hazardous location retrofit bulbs offer an E26 medium base, consume just 24 watts of 120-277V energy, and generate 3,425 lumens of 5700K daylight light output. The screw in corn cob retrofit light bulbs can replace existing fixtures of up to 150 watts. The hazardous location corncob retrofit lights are designed with active cooling, dynamic temperature control, and 10kA surge protection for long-lasting and safe performance.

The 24 watt hazardous location LED corncob light bulb, which is UL Listed for either Dry or Damp locations, has been designed to retrofit existing HID installations in a variety of hazardous location applications and as an energy saving light source for new fixtures and installations. Please NOTE: When retrofitting LED to an HID fixture, the ballast must be by-passed or removed from the fixture. Additionally, by-passing the ballast will insure no RFI interference.
